Traders Longevity (endurance)

It's not uncommon to meet a trader that's been actively trading more than a decade.

Further, its not uncommon to hear the trader say they don't trade all day while still stating they are full-time traders.

Trading is very much like an athletic event in which we need to know when to slow down, when to be aggressive to prevent overtrading and to prevent burn out that can sabotage the career of any good trader.

Today I begin slowing things down in my trading after a very aggressive start to the month of May trading and I don't need to trade all day to reach my profit targets.

This will also allow me to be better prepared to exploit changes in market conditions due to the fact I will be mentally well rested.
