##TheStrategyLab (located on the Freenode IRC network) is free along with being a serious professional trading chat room for traders using WRB Analysis (e.g. Contracting Volatility, WRB, WRB Hidden GAP, WRB Zone, WRB profit targets, Key Market Events) by itself or merged with other trade methods to improve the performance of those other trade methods regardless if you're a position trader, swing trader or day trader. Therefore, you're welcome to use the chat room to ask questions about WRB Analysis, post real-time price action trading analysis involving WRB Analysis merged with your own trade methods, post real-time trades or talk about general market issues impacting today's price action involving stocks, futures, exchange traded funds or forex currencies. In addition, we welcome all traders (beginners, experience, part-time, full-time) that are merging WRB Analysis with their trade methods or using WRB Analysis to help develop a better understanding of the price action (market context) they're trading.

##TheStrategyLab is primarily designed to only be a trade journal for documentation purposes so that members can have a real time stamp archive of their trades and their market commentaries of each trading day...giving them a better understanding of their broker statements from one trade to the next trade when they review their performance numbers on any given trading day in the past. Therefore, if you use our chat room...its highly recommended you post messages that reflect what you see in the price action on your monitors so that the chat room becomes your diary (journal) to correlate with trades on your broker statements.

Also, if you want ##TheStrategyLab chat room to be educational for you, ask questions instead of lurking (not participating in conversations). You can talk about anything related to price action analysis, trade execution, financial markets, economies or news impacting the markets in general.

Quote:
The chat room is only for traders learning or applying concepts of WRB Analysis. In addition, traders that use ##TheStrategyLab are required to post either one WRB Analysis price action commentary involving any key concept from the free study guide, one real-time trade or one general trading related commentary per day they log-in to the chat room. Yet, if the trader decides to post real-time trades (simulator or real-money)...the trades must be clear (not ambiguous) entry price/exit price and position size. Traders that consistently log-in and not post any price action commentary involving WRB Analysis or post ambiguous trades will be KICKED (removed) from the chat room. Exceptions for those that are actively posting via private messages or posting at one of our support forums.

With that said, thanks for reading the trades, price action analysis or market commentaries that's below and we highly recommend you make reading of the logs a part of your trading routine because you will sometimes find useful market context information that's critical to understanding price action trading. To log into ##TheStrategyLab chat room that's located on the Freenode IRC network...please follow the instructions here at the FTCHAT Support Forum @ http://www.thestrategylab.com/ftchat/forum/viewforum.php?f=5 or via the the instructions from the TSL Support Forum @ http://www.thestrategylab.com/tsl/forum/viewforum.php?f=164

[09:57:04] <@wrbtrader> Yeah, Emini NQ futures the only one with a clear decision on its direction
[09:58:28] <@wrbtrader> Shorts Emini TF @ 1197.10 -> medium size
[09:58:46] <Cayden> I'm sitting on my hands but like the resistance inside WRB swing #1 9:38-9:40---like the looks of a tight stop on ES t 74
[09:58:49] <@wrbtrader> Other Eminis so reluctant to follow NQ downwards
[09:58:59] <Cayden> 2 minute chart
[09:59:03] <@wrbtrader> They're also developing more contracting volatility
[09:59:17] <@wrbtrader> That makes it very easy for the CHOP to impact the price action
[09:59:56] <@wrbtrader> 4 contracts
[10:03:04] <Cayden> breaking the opening WRB
[10:03:11] <@wrbtrader> Covered all Emini TF Short @ 1196.70 --> + 0.4
[10:03:42] <@wrbtrader> I knew that trail adjustment wouldn't hold in this type of Emini TF chop
[10:04:04] <@wrbtrader> easy trail to get pick pocketed
[10:08:22] <TigermanTrader> sh qqq 89.73
[10:08:39] <TigermanTrader> exit all qq 89.65 +8
[10:09:01] <TigermanTrader> qqq/nq the only one move somewhere :)
[10:09:05] <@wrbtrader> Shorts Emini TF @ 1196.30 -> small size
[10:09:18] <@wrbtrader> 1 contract
[10:10:14] <@wrbtrader> IWM trying hard to fill its GAP
[10:10:44] <TigermanTrader> sh qqq 89.62
[10:10:53] <@wrbtrader> WRB Hidden GAP pt1 reached
[10:11:14] <TigermanTrader> exit qqq 89.58 +4
[10:11:23] <@wrbtrader> IWM regular session GAP filled
[10:11:41] <@wrbtrader> Covered Emini TF Short @ 1193.70 --> + 2.6
[10:16:41] <Cayden> any such terminology as 'narrow WRB'? nice work trading off of 2 tick WRB.
[10:17:21] <@wrbtrader> I've never seen that type of terminology but I'll guess that it means a "small WRB"
[10:17:40] <Cayden> TF has a swing low here
[10:18:49] <Cayden> correction- need another bullish wrb
[10:47:30] <Cayden> Question: as I look left on my 2 minute TF chart. would the contracting volitility be the intervals beginning at 10:10 to where we are currently? The 10:08 to 10:10 candle on the 2 minute TF was the last WRB.
[10:49:41] <Cayden> Correction- the 10:08 to 10:10 candle was the last bearish WRB
[10:53:11] <TigermanTrader> lg iwm 65
[10:53:29] <TigermanTrader> exit iwm 119.69 +4 tk
[10:54:22] <@wrbtrader> Cayden...I see contracting volatility between the WRB Hidden GAP of 1010am to other WRB Hidden GAP of 1020am est
[10:54:48] <@wrbtrader> Thus, the 4 intervals between those two WRB Hidden GAPs are contracting volatility intervals
[10:55:08] <@wrbtrader> It's very easy to see contracting volatility
[10:55:20] <@wrbtrader> If you see a WRB Hidden GAP or WRB...
[10:55:36] <@wrbtrader> Then if you see intervals smaller than the WRB Hidden GAP or WRB...
[10:55:42] <@wrbtrader> Its contracting volatility
[10:59:21] <Cayden> I see it. Thankyou.
[11:46:20] <tradermo> long iwm 120.18
[11:54:50] <tradermo> adding iwm long at 120.01 - wrb support
[11:59:18] <Cayden> tradermo? did you have a buy trigger or simply wrb-hg support?
[12:02:45] <tradermo> i use market profile for the big picture then playing with wrb zones for entries
[12:03:16] <tradermo> still learning this wrb stuff, but very interesting complement
[12:24:15] <Cayden> Copy that- yes we do need our triggers inside these zones. I was looking at the 1,2 3 and 4 minute chart to see what you were up to. I
[12:26:11] <TigermanTrader> take care all have a safe weekend see next week
[12:34:40] <Cayden> Tradermo? The FVB on the 3 isn't even helping
[12:36:10] <tradermo> i am using the 8:24 wrb hg as final support - so my stop is at 119.79
[12:37:34] <tradermo> i should add that i use the 1m min chart
[12:44:47] <Cayden> I first looked at the 4 because I was looking at the aggresive drop through some prior WRB. If we get a close on the 4 above 119.92 I think you'll be in pretty good shape. Mind you price has filled this ERB-HG but did not close below
[12:46:49] <Cayden> by aggressive drop I was looking at the 1 minute chart
[12:46:57] <tradermo> yes i see on the 4 min we also have 119.79 hg support, thanks for pointing that out
[12:50:37] <Cayden> OK. So long as we don't make a lower low on the candle that closed at 12:36-
[12:52:50] <tradermo> exit all iwm at 119.79
[12:58:49] <tradermo> short nq at 3670
[13:00:06] <@wrbtrader> Shorts Emini TF @ 1199.20 -> small size
[13:00:26] <@wrbtrader> 1 contract
[13:01:42] <Cayden> all of the Prior WRB-HG on a 2 minute filled. one left on the 1 minute at 10:32.
[13:03:49] <Cayden> prior comment was applicable to the ES
[13:04:56] <Cayden> wrbtrader? what time frame are you working the TF trade?
[13:05:20] <@wrbtrader> 3min and 5min
[13:05:32] <Cayden> copy
[13:08:45] <Cayden> wrbtrader? swing point 2 trade zone?
[13:09:13] <@wrbtrader> No...advance chapter
[13:09:50] <Cayden> copy
[13:10:09] <Cayden> i'll be chowing down on some of that shortly
[13:10:58] <@wrbtrader> WRB pt1 (shallow) reached
[13:12:22] <Cayden> Nice
[13:12:25] <@wrbtrader> WRB pt2 reached
[13:13:03] <@wrbtrader> Covered Emini TF Short @ 1197.00 --> + 2.2
[13:16:01] <@wrbtrader> Reached my profit goal for the day. Take care all, have a nice weekend and see all on Monday.
[13:16:32] <Cayden> Thank wrbtrader. WTB...see you in a couple weeks
[13:17:14] <tradermo> exit nq at 3662
[13:17:55] <Cayden> that worked tradermo. WTB
[13:18:22] <tradermo> yes, es gap fill
[13:20:13] <Cayden> Good for you. Yes the globex/cash gap took forever. :-)
[13:21:46] <Cayden> OK- well - I'll catch you all in a couple-few weeks. It's very nice to be here.

-------------------------

##TheStrategyLab (located on the Freenode IRC network) is free and is a serious professional trading chat room involving WRB Analysis in which any trader (position trading, swing trading, day trading) can use the chat room to post their trades or commentaries about stocks, futures, exchange traded funds or forex currencies. Simply, you don't need to be a client of TheStrategyLab.com to use the chat room nor do you need to be a price action trader (no indicators) because some members use indicators while others do not. Yet, the only requirement is that you want to learn WRB Analysis.

Therefore, we welcome all traders that want to learn about WRB Analysis regardless if they are beginners or experience traders in price action trading.

The purpose of ##TheStrategyLab is that it's designed to be a trade journal for documentation purposes only so that members can have a time stamp archive of trades and market commentaries of each trading day so that they can better understand their broker statements from one trade to the next trade when they review their performance numbers on any given trading day.

Further, members are not obligated to educate nor help other members but members are encourage to ask questions about any trades or market commentaries that's posted by others because sometimes the answers contains useful trading tips.

In addition, our primary job in the free chat room is to moderate the room (keep the peace) because with so many members using different trade signal methods along with different opinions about the market...debates or arguments can easily flare up without moderating. In addition, our presence in the chat room is to ensure it's a spam free chat room during trading although these archived chat logs may contain advertisements for guest visitors.

Yet, the few clients that do use chat rooms, our fee-base clients are discussing market analysis or price action only trade signals via concepts from our strategies in the private chat rooms called ##VolatilityTradingTSL or ##WRB_Analysis and they're not allowed to do such in ##TheStrategyLab.

Reminder, our Terms of Use (TOU) Policy is a must read to prevent any misunderstandings along with revealing that ##TheStrategyLab is a serious professional price action trading chat room and we expect members to act professional. Also, these logs may have been edited (rarely) to remove any messages that a member has complained to me via private message that they consider a particular commentary to be inappropriate, offending or too far in the off topic area that's a distraction when the commentary was posted.

Note: chat logs saved (timestamp) from Québec, Canada in eastern daylight time
