Advance WRB Analysis Tutorials - WRB Zones shown on the attached chart in the green highlights represents key changes in volatility and supply/demand (Oil CL futures volatility analysis). Therefore, they are still open for use to look for swing points, reaction points, trade signals and as profit targets if/when the price action returns to the zone. Also, an important concept of WRB Zones, price action that enters the WRB Zone will convert the zone into support/resistance high value areas.
