Hi Rainmaker,

What trade signal strategy do you plan to use with WRB Analysis ?

I ask because I want to make sure I understand what you're using as a trade signal strategy because on your chart @ download/file.php?id=5731

It looks like you're using Engulfing Bar after Pin Bar trade signal strategy ?

What's your trade performance via that trade strategy in the past months ?

I ask the question about the trade performance whenver someone tells me they're planning to use a specific strategy with WRB Analysis so that I can compare the results at the later date...Trade Strategy without WRB Analysis versus Trade Strategy with WRB Analysis.

The following problems I see with your charts -

Strong Continuation #2 @ download/file.php?id=5730

There's no KME identified and the v1 interval did not qualify because its missing the below following rule:

Quote:
v1 Up WRB (volatility spike) in which the price action continues rising (it contained a minimum of two Up intervals with higher closes) after and above the close of the v1 Up WRB prior to the next swing point.

Your chart does not have a minimum of two Up intervals with higher closes "after" and "above" the close of the v1 Up WRB interval.

There's other problems in your DOKs but I just wanted to post quickly the above information before I take a closer look at members recent DOKs (private threads & public) because I've gotten a few members mixed up with what they're trying to qualify for access too.

Thus, I'll come back later today to add more commentary about the problems with the other charts you've uploaded for DOK review.

DOK Tip: Make a check list of the rules for each price action definition and then review your checklist to ensure its a qualified price action prior to posting the DOK. Also, this will help you learn and understand the price action definitions especially as you prepare to merge it with your own trade signal strategies.

Regards,
M.A. Perry

Hi M.A. Perry,

Thanks for the feedback. Much needed. I will review my own DOK's again and upload the corrected versions of what you pointed out. Also, thanks for the tip on the "checklist".

I will have the entire DOK's reviewed and posted within 24 hours of the time stamp on this post.

As far as your question to my trade strategy. I was just using a simple example in my DOK, but I do use that signal alongside VSA. I primarily use volatility and VSA with Price Action.

I have had much success in the past, but as of lately, my trading is struggling. Mainly because of changing market conditions and psychological issues stemming from consecutive losses. [ec5]

Best Regards,

Hello M.A. Perry,
Here are my updated and improved version of Chapter 2 DOK's.
Thanks for the feedback. Let me know if there is anything else needed to prove my readiness for Chapter 4.

Rainmaker
