So here is what I think is a swing point #1 on a 5 minute chart on the SPY.

Market is in a steady uptrend then at 10:40 there is a KME with a big WRBHG down. in the next couple of bars a prior WRBHG is filled confirming the 10:40 downbar as a WRBHG zone.
