##TheStrategyLab primary purpose is for you to use the free chat room as a trade journal of your trades via you posting WRB Analysis of the price action you see on your monitors, posting price action analysis, ask real-time questions about WRB Analysis or posting your real-time trades (simulator or real money) in a timestamp environment after you've received confirmation from your broker trade execution platform. Simply, the free chat room is a trade journal of your trading day (thoughts and trades). In fact, if you think the only feedback you need is your broker statements and you decide to not discuss WRB Analysis nor post any real-time information about how you're viewing the markets nor post real-time trades...the free chat room will be a waste of your time and you will increase the odds of failing at trading.

The free chat room is located on the Freenode IRC network along with being a serious professional trading chat room for traders that want to talk about their use of WRB Analysis (e.g. Contracting Volatility, WRBs, WRB Hidden GAPs, WRB Zone, WRB/WRB Hidden GAP profit targets, Key Market Events, Reaction Highs/Lows, Expanding Volatility, WRB Zone, R area of WRB Zone, S area of WRB Zone) merged with their trade methods to improve the performance of their trade methods regardless if they're a position trader, swing trader, day trader, trend trader or range trader. Therefore, you're welcome to use the free chat room to ask questions about WRB Analysis, post your real-time price action trading analysis involving WRB Analysis merged with your own trade methods, post real-time trades or talk about general market issues impacting today's price action involving stocks, futures, exchange traded funds or forex currencies. In addition, we welcome all traders (beginners, experience, part-time, full-time) that are merging WRB Analysis with their trade methods or using WRB Analysis to help develop a better understanding of the price action (market context) they're trading.

With that said, thanks for reviewing (reading) the below timestamped trades, price action analysis or market commentaries and we highly recommend you make reading of the logs a part of your trading routine because you will sometimes find useful market context information that's critical to understanding price action trading. To qualify for access to our free ##TheStrategyLab chat room that's located on the Freenode IRC network...please follow the instructions at the TSL Support Forum @ http://www.thestrategylab.com/tsl/forum/viewforum.php?f=164

[10:10:41] <wrbtrader> re-entry
[10:10:46] <wrbtrader> 10 contracts
[10:11:51] <wrbtrader> Exited all Emini ES Long @ 2856.50 --> + 0.5
[10:12:20] <wrbtrader> slight improvement in the volatility but still not the "expansion" I'm waiting for
[10:14:41] <wrbtrader> Off topic...interesting article @ https://www.npr.org/sections/goatsandso ... tudy-finds
[10:15:16] <wrbtrader> That's essentially how I caught the pneumonia back in the fall of 2016...
[10:17:51] <wrbtrader> Three days before my illness...I used a "hand sanitizer" on entry into a grocery store. They had just installed then on the wall near the entry when you enter the store. Same with the dentist office...I used there's the week prior to my illness...first time they had a "hand-santizer"...both alcohol based. :(
[10:20:18] <wrbtrader> Interesting thing is that I caught both bacterial infections discussed in that article...the pneuonia went septis in my blood stream and then while at the hospital...a few months later and coming out of the coma...I caught the C. Diff (clostridium difficule) at the hospital from an infected nurse :(
[10:20:28] <wrbtrader> Both deadly and both almost killed me
[10:23:26] <wrbtrader> Looks like the old fashion way of washing hands with soap in a sink is still best way to clean hands :)
[10:52:53] <wrbtrader> Volatility improving a little more...range trying hard to expand
[11:15:19] <Trendtrader> yes soap and water is still the best (gave the article a read).
[11:17:02] <Trendtrader> and it's entirely possible for bacteria to become completely resistant to alcohol, imho.
[11:19:41] <wrbtrader> Yep...I learned the hard way
[11:20:32] <wrbtrader> I always thought using those "hand santizer" was all I needed to do in public places.
[11:22:16] <wrbtrader> I now keep in a small back pack a small hand towel and soap whenever I go to places like the hospital or dentist or kids school...I no longer use the public hand santizer nor do I dry my hands with the "hot air blower" machine on the wall
[11:23:44] <Trendtrader> yeah, I've never liked those dryers.
[11:23:49] <wrbtrader> S area broken in Emini NQ futures and YM
[11:25:10] <wrbtrader> Shorts Emini ES @ 2858.50 -> large size
[11:25:21] <wrbtrader> 10 contracts
[11:25:40] <wrbtrader> There's now a fight now that it dropped below the S area
[11:26:07] <wrbtrader> Emini YM futures seems convinced its going to retrace lower
[11:27:30] <wrbtrader> Should have been more cautious with the S/R areas of WRB Zones or WRB Hidden GAP intervals in this low volatility trading conditions
[11:28:24] <wrbtrader> Covered all Emini ES Short @ 2859.00 --> - 0.5
[11:29:29] <wrbtrader> Long Emini ES @ 2859.25 -> large size
[11:29:38] <wrbtrader> 10 contracts
[11:31:57] <wrbtrader> back above the S area and now fighting hard to stay above it
[11:32:22] <wrbtrader> I got Emini NQ helping but YM is still sluggish
[11:33:27] <wrbtrader> Now there's a contradiction in the volatility (volatility of the VIX versus volatility in the Emini futures)
[11:34:01] <wrbtrader> Will hold position a little longer because of that contradiction...in hopes of catching a few more ticks
[11:35:20] <wrbtrader> contradiction is still there...less in YM
[11:36:03] <wrbtrader> Exited all Emini ES Long @ 2860.25 --> + 1
[11:36:14] <wrbtrader> trail pick pocketed :(
[11:37:16] <wrbtrader> Long Emini ES @ 2860.25 -> large size
[11:37:20] <wrbtrader> 10 contracts
[11:37:24] <wrbtrader> re-entry
[11:39:09] <wrbtrader> contradiction in the volatility still there
[11:39:53] <wrbtrader> YM not helping with the contradiction...its trying hard to become insynce with the volatility of the VIX :(
[11:41:40] <wrbtrader> Exited all Emini ES Long @ 2860.50 --> + 0.25
[11:42:21] <wrbtrader> Two good consecutive trades with good entries...didn't get what I wanted out of that contradiction in the volatility
[11:42:38] <wrbtrader> I'm done for the day...calling it quits early today
[11:42:46] <wrbtrader> Take care all and see all tomorrow
[11:56:09] <Trendtrader> take care. see you tomorrow.

##TheStrategyLab (located on the Freenode IRC network) is free and is a serious professional trading chat room involving WRB Analysis in which any trader (position trading, swing trading, day trading) can use the chat room to post their trades or commentaries about stocks, futures, exchange traded funds or forex currencies. Simply, you don't need to be a client of TheStrategyLab.com to use the free chat room nor do you need to be a price action trader (no indicators) because some members use indicators while others do not. Yet, the only requirement is that you want to learn WRB Analysis.

Therefore, we welcome all traders that want to learn about WRB Analysis regardless if they are beginners or experience traders in price action trading.

The purpose of ##TheStrategyLab is that it's designed to be a trade journal for documentation purposes only so that members can have a time stamp archive of trades and market commentaries of each trading day so that they can better understand their broker statements from one trade to the next trade when they review their performance numbers on any given trading day.

The free chat room is not a signal calling trading room and we do not believe in the business model of a head trader telling other traders when to buy and sell. Its a flawed approach to trading and its a flawed substitution for mentoring in which a trader can not learn how to be a successful independent trader.

Further, members are not obligated to educate nor help other members but members are encourage to ask questions about any trades or market commentaries that's posted by others because sometimes the answers contains useful trading tips.

In addition, our primary job in the free chat room is to moderate the room (keep the peace) because with so many members using different trade signal methods along with different opinions about the market...debates or arguments can easily flare up without moderating. In addition, our presence in the chat room is to ensure it's a spam free chat room during trading although these archived chat logs may contain advertisements for guest visitors.
