##TheStrategyLab (located on the Freenode IRC network) is free along with being a serious professional trading chat room for traders using WRB Analysis (e.g. Contracting Volatility, WRBs, WRB Hidden GAPs, WRB Zone, WRB/WRB Hidden GAP profit targets, Key Market Events, Reaction Highs/Lows, Expanding Volatility, WRB Zone, R area of WRB Zone, S area of WRB Zone) by itself or merged with other trade methods to improve the performance of those other trade methods regardless if you're a position trader, swing trader or day trader. Therefore, you're welcome to use the chat room to ask questions about WRB Analysis, post real-time price action trading analysis involving WRB Analysis merged with your own trade methods, post real-time trades or talk about general market issues impacting today's price action involving stocks, futures, exchange traded funds or forex currencies. In addition, we welcome all traders (beginners, experience, part-time, full-time) that are merging WRB Analysis with their trade methods or using WRB Analysis to help develop a better understanding of the price action (market context) they're trading.

##TheStrategyLab chat room is is primarily designed for you to use as a trade journal of your WRB Analysis or real-time trades with time stamp archive....giving you a better understanding of your broker statements from one trade to the next trade when you review your performance numbers on any given trading day in the past. Therefore, if you use our chat room...its highly recommended you post messages that reflect what you see in the price action on your monitors so that the chat room becomes your diary to correlate with your broker statements. Therefore, the usefulness of ##TheStrategyLab chat room is determined via your participation in the chat room.

Also, ##TheStrategyLab chat room is not designed to be educational. Simply, members using the chat room are not there to teach you how to trade and you will not see me discussing the reasons (strategies) behind my trades within ##TheStrategyLab chat room because those reasons (strategies) are only discussed with fee-base clients in a different chat room. Yet, if you want ##TheStrategyLab chat room to be educational or more active in discussing whatever it is that you're trading, we highly recommend that you ask trading related questions about your own trading instead of lurking (not saying anything) because your primary purpose is to improve your trading if you're a struggling trader. Therefore, don't join ##TheStrategyLab and then be silent. To be silent while using ##TheStrategyLab chat room, you'll be wasting a collaboration opportunity for improving your trading and doing such will make ##TheStrategyLab chat room useless to you.

Quote:
The chat room is only for traders learning or applying concepts of WRB Analysis. In addition, traders that use ##TheStrategyLab are required to post either one WRB Analysis price action commentary involving any key concept from the free study guide, one real-time trade or one general trading related commentary per day they log-in to the chat room. Yet, if the trader decides to post real-time trades (simulator or real-money)...the trades must be clear (not ambiguous) entry price/exit price and position size. Traders that consistently log-in and not post any price action commentary involving WRB Analysis or post ambiguous trades will be KICKED (removed) from the chat room.

With that said, thanks for reading the trades, price action analysis or market commentaries that's below and we highly recommend you make reading of the logs a part of your trading routine because you will sometimes find useful market context information that's critical to understanding price action trading. To qualify for access to our free ##TheStrategyLab chat room that's located on the Freenode IRC network...please follow the instructions at the TSL Support Forum @ http://www.thestrategylab.com/tsl/forum/viewforum.php?f=164

[09:26:42] <wrbtrader> Thus, the new password will be posted at the forum where you can retrieve it when you try to log in here and it states "incorrect key"
[09:26:54] <wrbtrader> That means go to the forum and get the new password
[09:27:32] <mtntrader____> Ok, do you know what day you will do this change?
[09:27:49] <wrbtrader> I'll repost this info a few time over the next few trading days prior to the change

[09:33:01] <Tigerman____> it easy Fed kme is great when I cant trade it
[09:33:23] <Tigerman____> in contrast when I want trade it it is boring :(
[09:36:53] <Tigerman____> lg iwm 109.22
[09:37:17] <wrbtrader> Tigerman...I understand
[09:37:34] <Tigerman____> exit all @ 40 +18 tk
[09:38:09] <wrbtrader> The biggest profitable week EVER...I was not able to trade was do to an account mixup when I was with RJO back in the dot.com days
[09:39:03] <wrbtrader> It took them the entire week to fix the problem and then when the problem was fixed...the markets went into flatline..boring...very little to do :(
[09:39:25] <wrbtrader> Essentially I had like 2 weeks of doing nothing
[09:40:29] <Tigerman____> yeah sad mood
[09:40:53] <Tigerman____> usually I became nervous when I miss trades or nice3 moving days
[09:41:39] <wrbtrader> Long Emini ES @ 2038.00 -> large size
[09:41:46] <wrbtrader> 20 contracts
[09:43:32] <wrbtrader> Reminder - Emini TF futures, lately has been doing this type of price action on the gap downs
[09:43:51] <wrbtrader> It then moves back up to try to fill the regular session gap
[09:45:27] <wrbtrader> I'm just trying to follow along via my trades in Emini ES futures. The problem is that Emini ES starts to look sluggish as if its not interested in doing the same and then it spikes...often without me on board :(
[09:45:48] <Tigerman____> now TF filled the Gap
[09:46:04] <Tigerman____> I did some fast scalp in Iwm
[09:46:09] <Tigerman____> too fast to post it
[09:46:23] <wrbtrader> Exited all Emini ES Long @ 2038.50 --> + 0.5
[09:46:30] <Tigerman____> yeah wrbtrader TF/Iwm very strong today
[09:46:40] <Tigerman____> I jumped on that
[09:46:48] <wrbtrader> shook me out again and again Emini TF fills its gap :(
[09:47:18] <Tigerman____> in contrast Iwm doesn t fill his gap yet
[09:47:46] <wrbtrader> thanks for the observation
[09:49:30] <Tigerman____> I also noted TF and ES very correlated after4 the Kme fed from yesterday afternoon
[09:50:05] <wrbtrader> Long Emini ES @ 2037.00 -> large size
[09:50:15] <wrbtrader> 20 contracts

[10:01:52] <Tigerman____> yeah I m jelous :)
[10:01:57] <wrbtrader> on that first spike down on the FED Minutes KME
[10:02:18] <wrbtrader> Trades like that contain that "luck" element
[10:03:16] <wrbtrader> Regardless, the markets is clearly spooked a little by the FED Minutes info
[10:03:36] <wrbtrader> Today price action so far is just continuation of that

[14:35:05] <wrbtrader> FYI - There's a chance I may take Monday off from trading to just update my website...its way behind a few weeks and missing info from prior two months due to the crazy personal schedule I went through as a volunteer coach
[14:36:01] <wrbtrader> Simply, if I can't get everything updated this weekend...I'll use Monday to finish the updates and that includes some new security info
[14:38:09] <wrbtrader> By the way, this weekend I'm going to create a public thread at the FREE forum so than members can post there own "trade performance record" if they want although not required.
[14:39:48] <wrbtrader> A moderator (personal friend from college) at a popular forum told me that would be unique and more transparent about how clients are doing with my methods or their own methods or using only a few key concepts of my method
[14:40:59] <wrbtrader> A tried such many years ago but nobody would post in it...they only prefer to do such in their private threads and not at the public free forum :(
[14:42:15] <wrbtrader> WRB Analysis -> - Your use of this chat room implies you're using concepts from WRB Analysis for price action trading to help trade either Stocks, Emini Futures (EMD, TF, ES, NQ, YM), EuroFX 6E Futures, Eurex/Euronext Futures (DAX, ESTX50, FTSE100, CAC40, BUND), Treasury Futures (ZF, ZN, ZB), Oil Futures (Brent, CL, HO, QM), Gold GC Futures, Natural Gas NG Futures, Exchange Traded Funds (DIA, GLD, IWM, OIH, XLE, QQQ, SPY), Hang Seng HSI Futures, NIFTY Futures, Forex Currencies (GbpUsd, EurUsd, EurYen, UsdCad) and other key market price actions.
[14:50:18] <wrbtrader> Shorts Emini ES @ 2030.75 -> large size
[14:50:25] <wrbtrader> 10 contracts
[14:58:27] <wrbtrader> Emini ES tried to push down and then tried to push higher...now just behaving like the 2031 price is a pivot area
[15:00:43] <wrbtrader> Covered all Emini ES Short @ 2030.75 --> 0
[15:00:51] <wrbtrader> punks
[15:00:57] <wrbtrader> back to the 2031 area
[15:04:37] <werner> Long Emini NQ @ 4297.75
[15:05:01] <werner> Exited all Emini NQ Long @ 4301.25 --> + 3.5
[15:05:20] <werner> wrb pt 1
[15:05:30] <wrbtrader> :)
[15:05:45] <wrbtrader> That was a difficult price action
[15:05:59] <werner> indd
[15:07:28] <werner> wow

[15:21:59] <wrbtrader> nice
[15:22:00] <werner> wrb pt 2
[15:22:11] <werner> thanks :)
[15:22:24] <wrbtrader> I had a short bias and was too busy looking for a Short signal again that never appeared
[15:22:49] <wrbtrader> Simply, I got caught on my heels and started looking for Long signals too late
[15:27:36] <werner> sorry mark my englisch is not so well ...so my answers ar short :(
[15:30:23] <werner> Reading is not a problem here, but write it...pfff
[15:32:38] <wrbtrader> No problem...most folks at the forum are outside of the U.S.
[15:32:44] <trader1453> short es 3525
[15:33:33] <werner> ok tx :)
[15:36:02] <wrbtrader> Shorts Emini ES @ 2034.50 -> large size

[15:47:18] <wrbtrader> Long Emini ES @ 2037.50 -> large size
[15:47:25] <wrbtrader> 10 contracts
[15:49:15] <wrbtrader> At least I know they're going to be involved in the 4pm est rush hour traffic via their "signature snapback" price actions so close to the 4pm regular stock market close
[15:53:13] <wrbtrader> Exited all Emini ES Long @ 2037.50 --> 0
[15:53:21] <wrbtrader> I can't trade against them but I can follow them when they start to push directional after the snapback or very fast chop price actions.
[15:54:14] <wrbtrader> I held that one as long as possible...eventually spooked out because of the contraction showed up so late before 4pm est
[15:55:09] <mtntrader____> Yes, it feels like it is poised to break hard.
[15:57:23] <wrbtrader> Long Emini ES @ 2038.00 -> large size

[16:03:01] <wrbtrader> Long Emini ES @ 2037.50 -> large size
[16:03:13] <wrbtrader> re-entry
[16:03:27] <werner> Long Emini NQ @ 4316.00
[16:05:21] <wrbtrader> My last three trades entered within a 2 tick range
[16:05:28] <wrbtrader> chop
[16:07:33] <werner> pff
[16:08:20] <mtntrader____> Looks like Mickelson's coming out with a new trading book, "Secrets of the Short Game"
[16:09:19] <werner> Exited all Emini NQ Long @ 4317.00 --> + 1
[16:09:36] <mtntrader____> Sorry, just a little end of day humor.
[16:09:46] <wrbtrader> Exited all Emini ES Long @ 2037.75 --> + 0.25
[16:10:07] <wrbtrader> Golfer joke :)
[16:10:11] <wrbtrader> ?
[16:10:32] <mtntrader____> Yes, he was in the news today for insider trading.
[16:10:47] <wrbtrader> :)
[16:10:56] <mtntrader____> See you all tomorrow.
[16:11:23] <werner> dito gn all
[16:11:28] <wrbtrader> Geeesh...
[16:11:46] <wrbtrader> First he gets caught in the gambling stuff a few years back...
[16:12:16] <wrbtrader> I never knew what happen with that or if he was making bets on fellow golfers or just other sports
[16:12:17] <mtntrader____> It was with the same guy, Billy Walters.
[16:12:23] <wrbtrader> Wow
[16:12:44] <mtntrader____> Walters was arrested and indicted today.
[16:13:00] <wrbtrader> Geeesh
[16:13:43] <trader1453> guess gonna have to hold overnight.. es really nasty to me
[16:13:48] <wrbtrader> Noway this can be the same Billy Walters that outed others over a decade ago for illegal activities
[16:14:24] <mtntrader____> Walters is a huge gambler in Vegas.
[16:14:45] <trader1453> stopped -3
[16:14:57] <wrbtrader> Will be curious if Phil Mickelson gets just a slap on the hand versus Martha Stewart that did "house arrest" plus a conviction
[16:15:19] <wrbtrader> I think she got conviction because she continue lying
[16:15:45] <mtntrader____> They didn't charge Mickelson. But made him pay back the ill-gotten money.
[16:16:22] <wrbtrader> He's got a family...they probably felt sorry for him.
[16:16:35] <wrbtrader> Martha is single and scares men away :)
[16:17:00] <wrbtrader> Her own words (almost)
[16:17:01] <mtntrader____> She'd scare me away, I know that.
[16:17:30] <wrbtrader> I just read the stock involved...
[16:17:34] <wrbtrader> Dean Foods
[16:17:47] <wrbtrader> That company has had some problems with its own activities
[16:17:57] <mtntrader____> Yes, the ex-chairman is going to jail, with Walters.
[16:18:39] <wrbtrader> Phil needs to be careful...he's associating himself with some high rollers that have connections with the wrong type of people.
[16:19:00] <wrbtrader> I don't want to hear about Phil in the news as a drive by shooting victim
[16:19:13] <mtntrader____> No kidding. Besides, he doesn't need the money.
[16:19:44] <wrbtrader> Exactly but he has an "addiction" like Charles Barkley and Michael Jordan
[16:20:17] <mtntrader____> Probably so.
[16:20:50] <wrbtrader> I would rather have Tiger Woods addiction...
[16:21:01] <wrbtrader> :)
[16:21:25] <mtntrader____> Ha ha
[16:21:45] <wrbtrader> I bet that's why he's got all that back problems :)
[16:22:17] <wrbtrader> Take care all and see all tomorrow

-------------------------

##TheStrategyLab (located on the Freenode IRC network) is free and is a serious professional trading chat room involving WRB Analysis in which any trader (position trading, swing trading, day trading) can use the chat room to post their trades or commentaries about stocks, futures, exchange traded funds or forex currencies. Simply, you don't need to be a client of TheStrategyLab.com to use the chat room nor do you need to be a price action trader (no indicators) because some members use indicators while others do not. Yet, the only requirement is that you want to learn WRB Analysis.

Therefore, we welcome all traders that want to learn about WRB Analysis regardless if they are beginners or experience traders in price action trading.

The purpose of ##TheStrategyLab is that it's designed to be a trade journal for documentation purposes only so that members can have a time stamp archive of trades and market commentaries of each trading day so that they can better understand their broker statements from one trade to the next trade when they review their performance numbers on any given trading day.

Further, members are not obligated to educate nor help other members but members are encourage to ask questions about any trades or market commentaries that's posted by others because sometimes the answers contains useful trading tips.

In addition, our primary job in the free chat room is to moderate the room (keep the peace) because with so many members using different trade signal methods along with different opinions about the market...debates or arguments can easily flare up without moderating. In addition, our presence in the chat room is to ensure it's a spam free chat room during trading although these archived chat logs may contain advertisements for guest visitors.

Also, to prevent the usual mix-up about our different chat rooms, most of our fee-base clients do not use chat rooms just like most retail traders do not use chat rooms. Yet, the few clients that do use chat rooms, our fee-base clients are discussing market analysis or price action only trade signals via concepts from our strategies in the private chat rooms called ##VolatilityTradingTSL or ##WRB_Analysis and they're not allowed to do such in ##TheStrategyLab.

Reminder, our Terms of Use (TOU) Policy is a must read to prevent any misunderstandings along with revealing that ##TheStrategyLab is a serious professional price action trading chat room and we expect members to act professional. Also, these logs may have been edited (rarely) to remove any messages that a member has complained to me via private message that they consider a particular commentary to be inappropriate, offending or too far in the off topic area that's a distraction when the commentary was posted.

Note: chat logs saved (timestamp) from Québec, Canada in eastern daylight time
