##TheStrategyLab (located on the Freenode IRC network) is free along with being a serious professional trading chat room for traders using WRB Analysis (e.g. Contracting Volatility, WRBs, WRB Hidden GAPs, WRB Zone, WRB/WRB Hidden GAP profit targets, Key Market Events, Reaction Highs/Lows, Expanding Volatility, WRB Zone, R area of WRB Zone, S area of WRB Zone) by itself or merged with other trade methods to improve the performance of those other trade methods regardless if you're a position trader, swing trader or day trader. Therefore, you're welcome to use the chat room to ask questions about WRB Analysis, post real-time price action trading analysis involving WRB Analysis merged with your own trade methods, post real-time trades or talk about general market issues impacting today's price action involving stocks, futures, exchange traded funds or forex currencies. In addition, we welcome all traders (beginners, experience, part-time, full-time) that are merging WRB Analysis with their trade methods or using WRB Analysis to help develop a better understanding of the price action (market context) they're trading.

##TheStrategyLab chat room is is primarily designed for you to use as a trade journal of your WRB Analysis or real-time trades with time stamp archive....giving you a better understanding of your broker statements from one trade to the next trade when you review your performance numbers on any given trading day in the past. Therefore, if you use our chat room...its highly recommended you post messages that reflect what you see in the price action on your monitors so that the chat room becomes your diary to correlate with your broker statements. Therefore, the usefulness of ##TheStrategyLab chat room is determined via your participation in the chat room.

Also, ##TheStrategyLab chat room is not designed to be educational. Simply, members using the chat room are not there to teach you how to trade and you will not see me discussing the reasons (strategies) behind my trades within ##TheStrategyLab chat room because those reasons (strategies) are only discussed with fee-base clients in a different chat room. Yet, if you want ##TheStrategyLab chat room to be educational or more active in discussing whatever it is that you're trading, we highly recommend that you ask trading related questions about your own trading instead of lurking (not saying anything) because your primary purpose is to improve your trading if you're a struggling trader. Therefore, don't join ##TheStrategyLab and then be silent. To be silent while using ##TheStrategyLab chat room, you'll be wasting a collaboration opportunity for improving your trading and doing such will make ##TheStrategyLab chat room useless to you.

Quote:
The chat room is only for traders learning or applying concepts of WRB Analysis. In addition, traders that use ##TheStrategyLab are required to post either one WRB Analysis price action commentary involving any key concept from the free study guide, one real-time trade or one general trading related commentary per day they log-in to the chat room. Yet, if the trader decides to post real-time trades (simulator or real-money)...the trades must be clear (not ambiguous) entry price/exit price and position size. Traders that consistently log-in and not post any price action commentary involving WRB Analysis or post ambiguous trades will be KICKED (removed) from the chat room.

With that said, thanks for reading the trades, price action analysis or market commentaries that's below and we highly recommend you make reading of the logs a part of your trading routine because you will sometimes find useful market context information that's critical to understanding price action trading. To qualify for access to our free ##TheStrategyLab chat room that's located on the Freenode IRC network...please follow the instructions at the TSL Support Forum @ http://www.thestrategylab.com/tsl/forum/viewforum.php?f=164

[09:30:41] <Corner> Good morning all
[09:31:13] <Corner> KME 10 AM ET

[09:39:04] <wrbtrader> Exited 2/3 Emini ES Long @ 2070.25 --> + 2
[09:39:30] <wrbtrader> early exit...not a WRB pt1
[09:41:06] <wrbtrader> Emini ES futures mid-point of the Down WRB Hidden GAP interval on the 15min chart...a WRB Zone
[09:42:24] <wrbtrader> Exited Remainder Emini ES Long @ 2070.25 --> + 2
[09:42:30] <wrbtrader> too much of a fight
[09:42:51] <Corner> Just in time :-)
[09:43:23] <wrbtrader> Emini ES futures now back below the S area of that WRB Zone
[09:53:39] <wrbtrader> Just range bound price action now in the Emini futures
[09:54:17] <wrbtrader> hopefully the pending KMEs will shake thinks up
[09:54:40] <futurestrack> End of quarter?
[09:59:26] <wrbtrader> Yep
[09:59:54] <wrbtrader> conflicting trend analysis via the all session charts versus regular session charts :(
[10:00:14] <wrbtrader> reason why I'm not hanging around too long in my trades in the Emini futures
[10:00:31] <rwbil001> TF looks like it is trying to BO to the upside.
[10:04:21] <wrbtrader> By the way, futurestrac posted nice easy to understand summary of Chapter 2 @ http://www.thestrategylab.com/tsl/forum ... =61&t=2697
[10:05:48] <futurestrack> I hope it is accurate.. :)
[10:06:15] <futurestrack> ...waiting for WRB on TF1M
[10:08:55] <wrbtrader> price action not responding so far to the 10am est KME
[10:10:10] <Corner> Mixed picture, EUR.USD down, CL up GC not doing anything - not in sync
[10:10:26] <wrbtrader> Long Emini ES @ 2070.75 -> small size
[10:10:32] <wrbtrader> 5 contracts
[10:10:59] <wrbtrader> Yeah...the volatility has come to a crawl in many different key markets
[10:12:27] <wrbtrader> Exited all Emini ES Long @ 2070.75 --> 0
[10:13:19] <wrbtrader> It tried...I thought it was going to run when it reached 2072.00
[10:13:53] <wrbtrader> should'uv gone to a +0.25 trail stop instead of breakeven when it stalled @ 2072.00
[10:27:14] <wrbtrader> Long Emini TF @ 1250.60 -> small size
[10:27:19] <wrbtrader> 2 contracts
[10:29:13] <wrbtrader> Exited all Emini TF Long @ 1250.00 --> - 0.6
[10:30:31] <Corner> wrbtrader - I have a question regarding size annotation at ES mini
[10:30:49] <Corner> Why isn't there a medium size at ES mini?
[10:31:20] <Corner> I see small (5 contracts) and large (10-30 contracts) but not medium...
[10:31:33] <wrbtrader> There is...actually its 10
[10:31:42] <wrbtrader> I've just be calling it large
[10:32:35] <wrbtrader> maybe I need a X-Large or SuperSize for anything abouve 15 :)
[10:34:20] <Corner> That would be good. 10-30 is a wide range...
[10:35:06] <wrbtrader> I usually load up when there's a lot of volatility in the morning
[10:35:20] <wrbtrader> If there's a lot of volatility later in the trading day...I won't load up
[10:35:43] <wrbtrader> Much easier to fix trading problems in the morning and have the rest of the day to do it
[10:36:04] <wrbtrader> In contrast, losses late in the day...almost impossible to bounce back from when going large
[10:36:34] <wrbtrader> That little tactic helps me ensure my day closes at a profit
[10:37:27] <Corner> So it's an important target to close the day in profit?
[10:37:44] <wrbtrader> Its important to manage my position size
[10:38:14] <wrbtrader> If I can do that on most of my trades...odds are in my favor in closing the day at a profit
[10:39:27] <Corner> But if a super duper trade trade comes late in the day, you would not risk as much?
[10:39:36] <wrbtrader> Nope
[10:39:39] <wrbtrader> too risky
[10:42:55] <Corner> They have haltet the VXX, never seen that before...
[10:43:32] <wrbtrader> I have but I always thought it was data problems
[10:45:09] <Tigerman__> yeah VXX halted in all my vendors
[10:48:38] <Tigerman__> WOW VXX now quote with a big junp up now at 26.98
[10:48:58] <Tigerman__> but forozen there
[10:49:22] <wrbtrader> maybe a misquote
[10:49:24] <Corner> #*DJ iPath SP 500 VIX Sh Fut (VXX) Halt: Single-Stock Circuit Breaker
[10:49:45] <wrbtrader> Halt...geeesh
[10:50:08] <wrbtrader> That would mean something is occurring in the market that's having an impact on the VXX
[10:51:14] <Corner> But what stock is it?
[11:07:42] <rwbil001> TF volatility going to zero here
[11:08:09] <rwbil001> last few 1 min bars 1 or 2 ticks
[11:08:38] <rwbil001> and all in heavy consolidation area
[11:09:30] <rwbil001> good news got to Break soon
[11:10:13] <rwbil001> CL much better volatility Today
[11:12:53] <rwbil001> TF like a coiled spring waiting to pop. I just hope I am awake to catch it when the volatility finally comes in
[11:24:02] <Tigerman__> take care see next time
[11:44:17] <wrbtrader> Shorts Emini TF @ 1245.30 -> small size
[11:44:42] <wrbtrader> 3 contracts
[11:45:54] <wrbtrader> correction
[11:46:00] <wrbtrader> 1246.30
[11:46:24] <wrbtrader> Shorts Emini TF @ 1246.30 -> small size
[11:50:10] <wrbtrader> Covered all Emini TF Short @ 1246.30 --> 0
[11:51:04] <xtrader34_> TF has been a mess pretty much the entire session
[11:55:47] <wrbtrader> WRB Analysis -> - Your use of this chat room implies you're using concepts from WRB Analysis for price action trading to help trade either Stocks, Emini Futures (EMD, TF, ES, NQ, YM), EuroFX 6E Futures, Eurex/Euronext Futures (DAX, ESTX50, FTSE100, CAC40, BUND), Treasury Futures (ZF, ZN, ZB), Oil Futures (Brent, CL, HO, QM), Gold GC Futures, Natural Gas NG Futures, Exchange Traded Funds (DIA, GLD, IWM, OIH, XLE, QQQ, SPY), Hang Seng HSI Futures, NIFTY Futures, Forex Currencies (GbpUsd, EurUsd, EurYen, UsdCad) and other key market price actions.

[12:58:35] <Corner> CL is next...
[13:09:55] <wrbtrader> Long Emini TF @ 1249.20 -> small size
[13:10:01] <wrbtrader> 2 contracts
[13:20:30] <wrbtrader> Exited all Emini TF Long @ 1249.80 --> + 0.6
[13:20:37] <wrbtrader> WRB pt1 reached
[13:31:24] <Corner> Volatilty showing up in GC again
[13:34:58] <wrbtrader> volatility spike now in the Emini futures
[13:41:42] <wrbtrader> Long Emini TF @ 1250.40 -> small size
[13:42:13] <wrbtrader> I tried twice to get 1250.00 but no fills :(

##TheStrategyLab (located on the Freenode IRC network) is free and is a serious professional trading chat room involving WRB Analysis in which any trader (position trading, swing trading, day trading) can use the chat room to post their trades or commentaries about stocks, futures, exchange traded funds or forex currencies. Simply, you don't need to be a client of TheStrategyLab.com to use the chat room nor do you need to be a price action trader (no indicators) because some members use indicators while others do not. Yet, the only requirement is that you want to learn WRB Analysis.

Therefore, we welcome all traders that want to learn about WRB Analysis regardless if they are beginners or experience traders in price action trading.

The purpose of ##TheStrategyLab is that it's designed to be a trade journal for documentation purposes only so that members can have a time stamp archive of trades and market commentaries of each trading day so that they can better understand their broker statements from one trade to the next trade when they review their performance numbers on any given trading day.

Further, members are not obligated to educate nor help other members but members are encourage to ask questions about any trades or market commentaries that's posted by others because sometimes the answers contains useful trading tips.

In addition, our primary job in the free chat room is to moderate the room (keep the peace) because with so many members using different trade signal methods along with different opinions about the market...debates or arguments can easily flare up without moderating. In addition, our presence in the chat room is to ensure it's a spam free chat room during trading although these archived chat logs may contain advertisements for guest visitors.

Yet, the few clients that do use chat rooms, our fee-base clients are discussing market analysis or price action only trade signals via concepts from our strategies in the private chat rooms called ##VolatilityTradingTSL or ##WRB_Analysis and they're not allowed to do such in ##TheStrategyLab.

Reminder, our Terms of Use (TOU) Policy is a must read to prevent any misunderstandings along with revealing that ##TheStrategyLab is a serious professional price action trading chat room and we expect members to act professional. Also, these logs may have been edited (rarely) to remove any messages that a member has complained to me via private message that they consider a particular commentary to be inappropriate, offending or too far in the off topic area that's a distraction when the commentary was posted.

Note: chat logs saved (timestamp) from Québec, Canada in eastern daylight time
