#TheStrategyLab (formerly known as #FuturesTrades) is free along with being a serious professional trading chat room involving WRB Analysis and any trader can use the chat room to post their real-time trades, real-time price action analysis or market commentaries involving stocks, futures, exchange traded funds or forex currencies. Further, although our chat room is smaller than the other popular chat rooms...we are the most active chat room in posting trades, price action analysis or market commentaries in comparison to other free chat rooms.

#TheStrategyLab is primarily designed to be only a trade journal for documentation purposes only so that members can have a real time stamp archive of trades and market commentaries of each trading day and this gives them a better understanding of their broker statements from one trade to the next trade when they review their performance numbers on any given trading day. In addition, we welcome all traders (beginners and experience) that are merging WRB Analysis with their trade methods or using WRB Analysis to develop a better understanding of the price action (market context) they're trading...improving their position size management and trade management after entry.

Also, if you want #TheStrategyLab chat room to be educational for you...please ask questions instead of lurking (not participating in conversations).

Quote:
Traders that use #TheStrategyLab are not required to post trades but if you do post trades...the trades must be clear (not ambiguous) entry price/exit price and position size. Traders that consistently post ambiguous trades will be KICKED (removed) from the chat room.

With that said, thanks for reading the trades, price action analysis or market commentaries that's below and we highly recommend you make reading of the logs a part of your trading routine because you will sometimes find useful market context information that's critical to understanding the price action you're trading. To log into #TheStrategyLab chat room...please follow the instructions here at the FTCHAT Support Forum @ http://www.thestrategylab.com/ftchat/forum/viewforum.php?f=5 or for registered members of the chat room at the TSL Support Forum @ http://www.thestrategylab.com/tsl/forum/viewforum.php?f=164

[10:32:17] <@wrbtrader> Covered all Emini TF Short @ 805.90 --> + 1.7
[10:32:24] <@wrbtrader> That WRB pt1 is the second one of the trading day for me
[10:32:25] <+Tigerman> good wrbtrader
[10:32:43] <+Tigerman> also seems now NQ is in sync with others e-minis
[10:33:28] <+Tigerman> and consider is low in value vs TF maybe can be my first choise in switch off from etf to future again
[10:33:38] <@wrbtrader> Yeah...as soon as the Emini futures got insync with each other...
[10:33:42] <@wrbtrader> Trading got a lot easier
[10:34:07] <Nesi> good morning
[10:34:10] <@wrbtrader> In contrast, out of the gate...Emini YM and Emini TF weren't even in the same book.
[10:34:26] <@wrbtrader> I got nailed with two quick losses in that price action
[10:35:16] <@wrbtrader> Its not common to see them "not insync" out of the gate like that.
[10:35:54] <@wrbtrader> Yet, we're getting close to a big "market tendency" involving the U.S. Presidential elections and VOLATILITY
[10:36:20] <@wrbtrader> There WILL be some very nice volatility showing up more consistently
[10:36:33] <@wrbtrader> Just don't know how long it will last after the elections has completed
[10:42:18] <+Tigerman> Long Emini NQ @ 2754.25
[10:42:28] <+Tigerman> Exited 1/2 Emini NQ Long @ 2755 --> + 0.75

[10:48:51] <rick123> Shorts Stock US @ NFLX @ 55.53
[10:50:32] <+Tigerman> contraction I stay sidelines untill price move clearly in one direction
[10:54:57] <@wrbtrader> Light Crude Oil CL futures and Brent Oil futures still in a Creeper Down Movement
[10:57:00] <+Tigerman> NQ move lower
[11:19:26] <@wrbtrader> this is a ton of volatility contraction :(
[11:20:00] <@wrbtrader> even the EuroFX 6E futures looks confused now
[11:20:01] <+Tigerman> yes good only x lose money
[11:22:30] <@wrbtrader> rick123...NFLX price action is stuck inside the WRB Hidden GAP @ 1048am - 1050am est (55.25 - 54.79)

[12:15:38] <@wrbtrader> A lot of Hammer lines in this volatility contraction...should be making some of the Japanese Candlestick Analysis a little crazy in this low volatility tight trading range.
[12:22:16] <blb078> wrbtrader, do you use thinkorswim?
[12:27:56] <+Tigerman> lunch time plus terrible price action
[12:28:04] <+Tigerman> take care see tomorrow
[12:30:44] <@wrbtrader> We've been having a lot of trading days recently (past few months) that contains these "long lasting" low volatility tight trading ranges.
[12:31:01] <@wrbtrader> Some refer to it as "price noise".
[12:31:22] <@wrbtrader> Whatever the label being given...it produces very little or no trade opportunities
[12:31:52] <@wrbtrader> This is the primary reason why I'm very aggressive in the first hour of trading and then again in the last hour of trading...
[12:32:17] <@wrbtrader> I know the price action in between those times is poor.
[12:33:25] <@wrbtrader> Yet, if trading this type of price action...got to manage the increased risk via LOWERING position size and become more patient with trades because you're going to be sitting in a trade a long time

[15:13:42] <@wrbtrader> I got back 15 minutes ago...just saw the charts.
[15:13:58] <@wrbtrader> That's a great price action movement upwards
[15:14:22] <@wrbtrader> Hope someone was here to take advantage of that because its rare to see such move like that at that time of day
[15:14:41] <@wrbtrader> be back later

-------------------------

#TheStrategyLab is free and is a serious professional trading chat room involving WRB Analysis in which any trader can use the chat room to post their trades or commentaries about stocks, futures, exchange traded funds or forex currencies. Simply, you don't need to be a client of TheStrategyLab.com to use the chat room nor do you need to be a price action only trader (no indicators) because some members use indicators while others do not. Yet, the only requirement is that you want to learn WRB Analysis.

Therefore, we welcome all traders that want to learn about WRB Analysis regardless if they are beginners or experience

The purpose of #TheStrategyLab is that it's designed to be a trade journal for documentation purposes only so that members can have a time stamp archive of trades and market commentaries of each trading day so that they can better understand their broker statements from one trade to the next trade when they review their performance numbers on any given trading day.

Further, members are not obligated to educate nor help other members but members are encourage to ask questions about any trades or market commentaries that's posted by others because sometimes the answers contains useful trading tips.

In addition, our primary job in the free chat room is to moderate the room (keep the peace) because with so many members using different trade signal methods along with different opinions about the market...debates or arguments can easily flare up without moderating. In addition, our presence in the chat room is to ensure it's a spam free chat room during trading although these archived chat logs may contain advertisements for guest visitors.

Yet, the few clients that do use chat rooms, our fee-base clients are discussing market analysis or price action only trade signals via concepts from our strategies in the private chat rooms called #VolatilityTradingTSL or #SwingTradingTSL and they're not allowed to do such in #TheStrategyLab.

Reminder, our Terms of Use (TOU) Policy is a must read to prevent any misunderstandings along with revealing that #TheStrategyLab is a serious professional trading chat room and we expect members to act professional. Also, these logs may have been edited (rarely) to remove any messages that a member has complained to me via private message that they consider a particular commentary to be inappropriate, offending or too far in the off topic area that's a distraction when the commentary was posted.
