Profit/Loss Blotter

I had a long weekend (spent most of it traveling) and was just too tired to be focused on trading.

However, I did have the direction analysis correct but wasn't able to exploit it the way I wanted.

Other than that, had a few trades I wasn't able to post.

By the way, I use the Volatility Indices to help confirm any volatility analysis I do in the Russell 2000 Emini ER2 futures.

Early this morning during the trades I wasn't able to post I discover that the Russell 2000 has its own CBOE volatility index and its symbol is RVX.X

This is excellent news for my trading because I've been using the volatility index VIX.X which is more suitable for the S&P 500 Emini ES futures.

Mentally getting away from trading is much harder to do in comparison to physically getting away from trading when its time for some rest and relaxation.
