Profit/Loss Blotter

Only reason why I'm profitable today is that all the data vendor problems didn't sneak up on me and I didn't reverse trades into any false volatility spikes due to data stalls.

Other than that...not a very good trading day and will continue hammering at the market with some size because October is the start of several market seasonal patterns.

Mentally getting away from trading is much harder to do in comparison to physically getting away from trading when its time for some rest and relaxation. Personally, one of my favorite ways to mentally rest is to watch movies I've copy & recorded from the local video store via my Slysoft software that copies any copyright protected dvd's and cd's.
