Today was an intraday market tendency pattern that quickly developed into a trend continuation price action as a result of yesterday's rally of its lows.
These types of intraday tendencies or market seasonal tendencies are discussed in detailed in the trading manual while on a few occasions I will disclose one of them in #FuturesTrades throughout the year.
Today, if you read the log very carefully...you'll read something very important about Quadruple Witching week.
With that said, I called it quits early in the day because I felt I haven't been properly prepared to trade for about 2 weeks and just wanted to study and take notes for the remainder of the trading day.
Good traders have R&D departments (research and development).
In addition, setup your calendar scheduler to remind you its a Quadruple Witching week because this key market event (expiration of stock index futures, stock index options, stock options and single stock futures all at the same time) occurs the third Friday of March, June, September and December.
