Trading Perspective

Profit/Loss Statement

The volatility wasn't as expected and I saw too much contraction in the volatility after a WRB formation.

The volatility contraction is exploited because it's the type of price action noise you can take a position in the middle of it and wait for it to move your way into profits for a few ticks (3-6 ticks) for Russell 2000 ER2 Emini.

Other than that, I did a lot of personal stuff today and took it easy in my trading.

Note: I'm currently exclusively trading the Russell 2000 Emini ER2 futures even though my strategies are applicable and profitable on all the trading instruments listed towards the bottom of this webpage along with my past trade journals showing consistent profits in other trading instruments prior to exclusively trading ER2.
Further, I can switch and trade any trading instrument that's listed below at the bottom of this webpage for any trader that request such mainly because I do a lot of intermarket analysis while trading ER2.

if this holds,short up t of 833.5 or so, long up t of 836.7 or so...i am currently flat, slightly positive on those trades in the l/s acct, dn a few hundred in the s/o acct, close enuf for now, live to fight again, preferenced managing trade by not adding at nearby price levels, in case it moved up more adversrely, etc. 13:32

As traders we must treat our trading like a business if we are to succeed as traders and as a business. Therefore, waiting till the last few weeks March to prepare for April's taxes is not good for your trading and could put extra stress on your trading during tax month or the months that follow if your one of those traders that filed an extension.. that represent the activity in the s/o acct, the l/s is about the same, but had a higher price average on them, so made a little there...yesterday, they both appeared about equally negative to the same extents 13:39
