Impact of Light Crude Oil

It's absolutely critical that you understand what the market is saying to you prior to any pattern signal to prevent having tunnel vision.

Simply, don't let your entry signal define what the market is trying to tell you because such is not profitable in the long term.

Today's key understanding about the market is Oil. Nervousness about Iran nuclear statements, Nigeria Oil problems, retail gasoline being re-formulated from MBTE to ethanol (less oil in the formula) along with consumers being willing to pay for higher gas prices.

Ethanol is already at inflated prices and could be at a shortage due to the new required formulation...helping to drive Oil prices higher.

All the above has been the talk of the town for several trading sessions and is the main reason why the market concerning the Emini Futures, Eurex Derivatives and Euronext Futures are declining for the past few trading sessions.
