He did some statistical work to produce those charts that consist of about +10 year of data I believe with more weight put on recent years. 13:32

I told myself that after I got profitable for the day in ER2 that I'll stop trading if I do a trade that chases the price outside the designated chase range. 13:58

This is my last trade of the day because I chased ER2 by 0.20 ticks which means my entry should have been 0.20 ticks better. 13:59

Trading Perspective: Tough trading day because I let my emotions get the best of me and made some poor trade decisions and poor trade management.

I stopped trading early in EuroFX because I thought I was profitable.

However, when I started my market wrap notes at the end of the day...I opened my broker P/L screen and saw I closed the day at a loss in EuroFX.

Yes...if your wondering...I trade with my P/L screen closed because its a distraction for me.
