I had a neutral bias at the Open. Yet, that immediately changed to a Bearish bias about 45 seconds after the Open when a high probability pattern signal appeared.
No hesitation, no over-analysis...I just traded it.
However, prior to the Open (yesterday) I determine I would reduce my number of trades dramatically over the next few trading days to get some mental rest.
Therefore, upon completion of my first trade today I was done trading which is also good because an intraday market tendency price action indicated we would have a range day on low volatility (not good trading conditions).
With that said, looking at the charts via hindsight analysis...it was a range day but the volatility was high enough where there were some additional trading opportunities (not many) that I could have exploited had I continued trading.
