Today I was either confused about the price action or I wasn't prepared properly to trade considering I gave up (called it quits for the day) without making much of an effort.
I usually get like this after a big month of profits and just need to take it easy (fewer trades with less size) for the next few trading days to re-energize.
Further, I do consider it a psychological edge in my trading via knowing when its time to re-energize to prevent drawdown periods, stressful trading, discipline problems et cetera.
By the way, if your a family guy like me, you understand how easy it is to get mentally tired with a few toddlers running around.
Therefore, a little RnR (rest and relaxation) never hurts.
