I liked the fact that the Market Volatility Index GAP upwards and have aggressively moved higher... 10:44

<NihabaAshi> Yep...I have a strong feeling it was more of a "burn-out" and he decided he had lost too much money and didn't have the energy level to continue trading.

That happen to me when I first started...was just mentally dead tired and had lost enough money to call it quits for a few months. 10:58

With this I learned discipline

Now it's much easier to trade according to what the ruels say

Simply, swinging the Eminis you better have access to the Eurex (DAX, FESX) and Euronext (FTSE100, CAC40) to prevent from being caught off guard sort'uv speak. 11:16
